Infinix Zero 8i with 90Hz display, 33W fast charging launched in India
Infinix has launched a new smartphone in India. Infinix Zero 8i comes with a 90Hz display, a 48 mega-pixel quad camera, and support for 33W fast charging. The smartphone was launched in India just over a month after its debut in Pakistan.
In terms of specifications, the Infinix Zero 8i has a 6.85-inch Full HD + display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sample rate. The smartphone is powered by the Helio G90T processor from MediaTek associated with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. It also has a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 256 GB.
Its quad-camera setup includes a 48-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an AI lens. The dual selfie camera setup is a combination of a 16-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens.
Infinix Zero 8i packs a 4500mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. Its connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, VoWi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port and dual SIM. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and liquid cooling. On the software side, it runs Android 10 with XOS 7 overlaid.
Infinix also announced the launch of its first Android smart TV in India. Infinix X1 has slim frames and it is supported by two brackets on each side. The launch date has not yet been announced.
